为贯彻落实 “人才立校”发展战略，加快学校高层次人才队伍建设步伐，根据事业发展需要，烟台南山学院现面向国内外公开招聘“南山学者”高层次人才，现公告如下。

To implement the development strategy of “ School Based on Talents ” , to accelerate the establishment of high-level talents team, Yantai Nanshan University is now openly recruiting high-level talents, namely “Nanshan Scholar”, at home and abroad, according to the needs of career development. The announcement is as follows:
一、岗位需求
1. Position Demand
“南山学者”岗位4个，需求专业领域为：材料科学与工程、控制科学与工程（航空）、纺织科学与工程、旅游管理等。
The positions of “Nanshan Scholar” consist of 4 areas of expertise: material science and engineering, control science and engineering (aviation), textile science and engineering, tourism management.
二、招聘条件
2. Requirements
（一）具有良好的职业道德和科学求实、团结协作精神；
1) Good professional ethics and scientific truth-seeking, unity and cooperation spirit required;
（二）在海内外知名高校或科研机构取得博士学位；
2) Doctor degree obtained from well-known universities or research institutions at home or abroad;
（三）具有高级专业技术职务，或具有海外知名高校、科研机构工作经历人员；
3) High level professional technology post or experience obtained from overseas well-known universities and research institutions;
（四）近五年以来，作为首位完成人，发表出版过一定数量的高水平学术论文、论著，或获得过省部级以上科学技术奖励、社会成果奖励及海内外其它重要奖励；
4) Published a number of high-level academic papers, works, or won science and technology awards, social awards or other important awards at provincial and ministerial level at home or abroad, as the first person to complete, in the past five years;
（五）近五年以来，主持过国家级科研项目、省部级重点科研项目或海内外其它重点科研项目；
5) Presided over national or provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, or other important scientific research projects at home or abroad in the past five years;
（六）身心健康，年龄一般不超过50周岁，优先聘用45周岁以下具有较大发展潜力的中青年学者；
6) Physical and mental health, less than 50 years old, young scholars under 45 years old with great potential for development preferred;
（七）能全职在岗工作。

三、岗位职责
3. Position Responsibilities
（一）领导本学科的方向发展，制定与实施本学科中长期发展规划；
1) Lead the development direction of the subject;
Formulate and implement the long-term development plan of the subject;
（二）负责本学科的科研梯队和人才队伍建设，组建并带领学术团队，进行教学科研和社会服务工作；
2) Responsible for the construction of scientific researchers’ echelon and talent team of the subject;
Set up and lead academic team to carry on teaching, research and social service work;
（三）主持或参与本学科重大项目、重点课题的申报、研究和结项（题）；
3) Host or participate in major projects of relative subject; Declare, research and conclude key issues;
（四）参与学校其他重要学术工作。
4) Participate in other important academic work of our school;
四、薪酬待遇及考核管理
4. About Salary and Performance Appraisal Management
（一）薪酬待遇
1) About Salary
1.实行年薪制，年薪30万元/年。
Annual salary system, with annual salary of 300,000 yuan / year
2.纳入事业编制管理；
Fit into the institution establishment management
3.提供校内外住房或根据市场行情提供租房补贴；特别优秀者提供校内专家楼别墅租住；
Provide housing within or outside the school; or provide rental subsidies in accordance with market prices; Provide school-built villa rental for particularly outstanding experts;
4.以项目经费形式提供30万元科研启动经费；
Provide 300,000 yuan in the form of project funding for starting research;
5.在校内外安排家属工作；
Arrange work for spouse in or out of school
6.子女可就近入园入学；
Children can be admitted to the nearest school
7.提供工作、生活所需的其它便利服务。
Provide other convenience services for work and life
（二）学校为“南山学者”提供完成岗位建设目标任务所必需的仪器设备和图书资料购置、实验室建设、项目申报、论著出版和学术交流活动资助等支持。
2) We will provide “Nanshan Scholar” with various support for completing the goal and task of position establishment, for example, necessary equipment and acquisition of books, construction of laboratory, project declaration, publication and academic exchange activities, etc.
（三）为每个“南山学者”岗位配备4-6名有发展潜力的中青年科研骨干，配合“南山学者”工作，组成科研团队;团队骨干的选聘尊重“南山学者”意见，满足岗位建设、科研攻关和梯队结构需要。
3) We provide 4-6 development potential and young scientific researchers for each “Nanshan scholar” post to coordinate with his work and compose the scientific research team; We respect the scholar’s opinion on team members’ selection to meet the demand of post construction, scientific research and echelon structure.
（四）学校与“南山学者”签订聘任合同，实行聘期目标管理，聘期考核分为年度、期中、届满考核;按照“南山建设工程实施办法”，约定聘用双方的权利和义务，受聘人员在聘期内需完成的目标与任务、成果归属权、待遇、每年在岗工作时间等，每个聘期5年，合同期满双方协商是否续聘。对于考核优秀的聘用人员，学校优先支持申报更高的学术称号，并按照学校相关高层次人才支持体系给予相应待遇。
4) We will sign employment contract with “Nanshan scholar”, and implement the employment target management, with evaluation divided into annual, mid-term and expired period. We will negotiate with scholars on both rights and obligations in accordance with “Nanshan Development Project Implementation Methods” in terms of our demand on completing objectives and tasks, achievements’ attribution, salary and annul on-job time. Each contract period lasts for 5 years, and after the expiration of contract period, we will consult with scholars on whether they would like to renewal. For outstanding staff based on evaluation result, our school will give them priority to support their declaration of higher academic title, and improve corresponding treatment in accordance with the relevant high-level school personnel support system.
